So, you’re on the hunt for a new smartphone to buy, huh? Well, that doesn’t come as a surprise, as a lot of the carriers are currently rolling out new plans, plus there’s some really hot phones currently on the market, but which one should you choose? Below, you’ll find a list of the three best smartphones that are currently on the market, and hopefully this will make your decision much easier when you go to your carrier and tell them that you’re ready for a new phone.
#3: OnePlus 2 – Buy Here
(4.5 / 5)
Without a doubt, OnePlus has definitely been changing the whole smartphone landscape. They’ve burst onto the scene with an affordable smartphone and they’ve actually gained a lot of steam since their inception. This company may not have the high profile that companies like Apple and Samsung have, but they’re the ultimate smartphone for more technologically-inclined people, and their rising popularity has the high profile companies worried.
The first thing that makes the OnePlus 2 so great is the fact that you’d be hard pressed to find such high grade hardware at the price OnePlus offers their smartphone at; which results in the company undercutting a lot of their competition on the smartphone market. OnePlus introduced their new model in 2015, known as the OnePlus 2, which comes with amazing build quality, excellent performance, an Android interface, and excellent battery life.
OnePlus used to have an invitation system in order for people to purchase one of their phones, but they’ve dropped that whole set up and anyone can purchase one. Keep in mind that this isn’t going to be a flagship killer just yet, but for the price, you simply cannot beat the OnePlus 2.
#2: Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge – Buy Here
(4.5 / 5)
Samsung was in need of some serious change and they were able to accomplish this goal with the Samsung S6 Edge. Granted, the regular S6 is a bit cheaper, but we have to say that the Edge takes it for the great look that their dual-edge display provides. Without a doubt, this phone is an eye-catcher.
Thankfully, Samsung also ditched their tired old design, which admittedly looked a bit cheap with plastic encasing all over your phone. The S6 has a nice, slick body with a metal frame and some Gorilla Glass on both the front and the back of the device.
#1: Apple iPhone 6S – Buy Here
(5 / 5)
Chances are, you probably guessed that the iPhone was going to be at the top of our list. It seems like Samsung and Apple are always battling it out for the top spots, but we have to give this one to Apple. With the 6S, Apple released new functionality known as 3D Touch, which gives the device a much more unique in-depth experience for users. Basically, 3D Touch is a pressure-sensitive feature that’s able to pick up user’s amount of pressure they’re applying to the screen, which opens up a slew of new options for apps and phone functionality.
The iPhone 6S version of the iPhone is fast than the previous version, has a better camera, new 3D Touch, and is just a better overall experience.
